Refund policy
At In Good Face, refunds are only provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-defective products, or for services that have been booked and completed.
If you receive a defective product, kindly inform us within 7 days for a possible exchange. To assist with assessment, products must be returned with proof of purchase and in their original packaging. We are unable to process claims made after 7 days unless required by law.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
